What happens next

  1. Send your dates

    Tell me when you'd like to visit.

  2. Availability check & quote

    I'll check the calendar and send your custom total.

  3. Say "I confirm!"

    Reply to accept the quote. Once you confirm, I will block your dates on the calendar so no one else can book them via instant book.

  4. Pay your deposit

    You'll have 48 hours after confirming to complete your deposit and finalize everything.

Important note: Sending a request or receiving a quote does not hold your dates. Your dates are confirmed only once you have written back to accept the quote and I have reconfirmed your booking.

For guests booking directly with me: if your plans change, you receive a full refund when you cancel 15 or more days before arrival, 50% back from 14 to 8 days before arrival, and no refund within 7 days of arrival.
